The Powrtouch Freedom caravan mover is the entry level offering from Powrtouch. It is built on the principal of simplicity and reliability. Its slim line gear box is designed to fit caravans with shock absorbers, this unit has a high torque output and reduction gearbox offering the freedom to move a 1,500 kg caravan up a 1 in 4 slope (under ideal conditions). This increases on flatter surfaces, and is able to move well over 2,000 kg on the flat. Lightweight aluminium rollers provide excellent grip and durability.
The fitting of the Powrtouch Freedom Mover to the caravan does NOT require any welding or drilling of the chassis making fitting simple.
The Freedom's soft start feature offers millimetre accurately before full speed is achieved. Braking is completely automatic and occurs immediately the finger is removed from the selected button.
Powrtouch's FM Electronics System includes variable speed control. The new control system allows the mover to be driven at 100% speed, 75%, 50% or 25% - perfect for even more precise manoeuvring.
